Moog announces $500 million senior notes offering due 2034

Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced an offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2034, according to a company press release.



The East Aurora, New York-based company stated it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, combined with cash on hand, to redeem all $500 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 4.250% Senior Notes due 2027, including any accrued and unpaid interest.



The notes will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and will be offered only to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A and to non-U.S. persons in offshore transactions pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.



Moog designs, manufactures and integrates high-performance precision motion and fluid controls and control systems. The company's systems control military and commercial aircraft, satellites, space vehicles, launch vehicles, defense systems, missiles, automated industrial machinery, marine and medical equipment.
