Mineros S.A. (TSX: MSA, OTCQX: MNSAF, BVC: MINEROS) announced leadership changes with Daniel Henao appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, following David Londoño's resignation from those positions.

Henao previously served on the company's board of directors before stepping down for his new role. The Colombia-based gold mining company stated that ownership structure adjustments over 2024 and 2025 prompted a reassessment of executive roles and strategic priorities.

The company also appointed three new vice presidents reporting directly to the CEO. María Vallejo García was named Vice President, Growth and Business Development, effective immediately. Carlos David Ríos Restrepo will become Vice President, Exploration, starting December 1, 2025. Marcela Castillo was appointed Vice President of Sustainability, transitioning from her previous role as Sustainability Manager at the company's Nicaragua operations.

Chief Financial Officer David Splett will step down effective January 2, 2026. Sergio Chavarria, currently Finance Manager, will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Chavarria has held senior finance roles with Mineros since 2018 and previously worked as Senior Audit Officer at Deloitte.

Board directors Andres Restrepo and Marco Izquierdo Llanos resigned effective November 18, 2025.

"We remain committed to maintaining stability and advancing our core mission throughout this period of evolution," Henao said. "Our focus is on delivering value to our stakeholders while positioning Mineros for long-term success."

Mineros operates mines in Colombia and Nicaragua with development and exploration projects throughout Latin America. The company has operated for over 50 years and maintains listings on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Colombia Stock Exchange, and OTCQX markets.
