Mineros S.A. (TSX: MSA, OTCQX: MNSAF, BVC: MINEROS) appointed Daniel Henao as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, following David Londoño's resignation from those positions.

Henao previously served on the company's board of directors before stepping down for his new role. The Colombian gold mining company cited adjustments to its ownership structure over 2024 and 2025 as prompting a reassessment of executive roles and strategic priorities.

David Splett will step down as Chief Financial Officer effective January 2, 2026. Sergio Chavarria, currently Finance Manager, will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Chavarria has held senior finance roles with Mineros since 2018 and previously worked as Senior Audit Officer at Deloitte.

The company made three additional appointments reporting directly to the CEO. María Vallejo García was named Vice President, Growth and Business Development, effective immediately. Carlos David Ríos Restrepo will become Vice President, Exploration, effective December 1, 2025. Marcela Castillo was appointed Vice President of Sustainability, moving from her previous role as Sustainability Manager at Hemco – Mineros Nicaragua.

Two directors resigned from the board. Andres Restrepo and Marco Izquierdo Llanos stepped down as directors effective November 18, 2025.

"We remain committed to maintaining stability and advancing our core mission throughout this period of evolution," Henao said in the announcement.

Mineros operates gold mines in Colombia and Nicaragua and maintains development and exploration projects throughout Latin America. The company is headquartered in Medellín, Colombia, and has operated for over 50 years.
