MedeAnalytics names Chris Lance as chief product officer
MedeAnalytics, a healthcare performance company based in Richardson, Texas, announced the appointment of Chris Lance as Chief Product Officer. The company provides AI-driven data, analytics, and software solutions to healthcare organizations.
Lance brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise product and technology leadership roles. In his new position, he will oversee MedeAnalytics' product vision, strategy, and execution across its Enterprise Healthcare Performance Cloud platform.
"Chris is a seasoned product leader with deep healthcare expertise and a strong ability to translate strategy into real-world impact," said Steve Grieco, CEO of MedeAnalytics.
Prior to joining MedeAnalytics, Lance served as Chief Product Officer at Avalon Healthcare Solutions, where he developed laboratory benefit management solutions. He also held the same role at Edifecs, where he led the company's transition to a cloud-first software-as-a-service business model.
Earlier in his career, Lance worked as Chief Product Officer at Evolent Health and held senior product leadership positions at Change Healthcare. He began his professional career outside healthcare in management consulting and engineering roles in manufacturing and brewing industries.
Lance holds an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
MedeAnalytics develops cloud-native solutions for healthcare payers, providers, and employers. The company's platform combines clinical, claims, financial, and social data to support analytics and AI applications in healthcare operations.
