Mattr appoints Jane Skoblo as new director effective August 13

Mattr Corp. (TSX: MATR) appointed Jane Skoblo as a director effective August 13, 2025, according to a company statement. Skoblo will serve on both the Audit and Compensation & Organizational Development Committees.
The appointment facilitates a transition as current Director and Audit Committee Chair Laura Cillis plans to retire from the board at the company's next Annual General Meeting.
Skoblo brings financial services experience across Canadian, U.S., and international markets. She previously served as Vice President of Digital Operations at Rogers Communications, where she led digital transformation initiatives. Her background includes roles as CFO of AMEX Bank of Canada and Global Rewards for American Express in the United States.
She also held CFO and COO positions at start-up companies myNext Mortgage Company and Mortgage Architects Inc., and senior finance roles at CIBC and BMO.
Skoblo currently serves on multiple boards including Medavie, where she chairs the Audit and Risk Committee, Teranet as Audit Chair, and KOHO, a Canadian fintech company. Her previous board positions included Allstate Canada, Logistec Corporation, and Points.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and maintains CPA certification, CITP designation from AICPA, and ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Mattr operates as a materials technology company serving infrastructure markets including transportation, communication, water management, energy, and electrification through its Connection Technologies and Composite Technologies business segments.
