Marsh stockholders re-elect 13-member board for one-year terms

Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) stockholders re-elected all 13 director nominees during the company's 2026 annual meeting, according to a company statement.
The elected directors will serve one-year terms expiring at next year's annual meeting. The board members are Anthony K. Anderson, Bruce Broussard, John Q. Doyle, H. Edward Hanway, Peter Harrison, Judith Hartmann, Deborah C. Hopkins, Tamara Ingram, Jane H. Lute, Steven A. Mills, Morton O. Schapiro, Jan Siegmund and Lloyd M. Yates.
Stockholders also ratified the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2026. They approved the compensation of named executive officers through a non-binding vote.
The risk management and consulting company reported annual revenue of $27 billion and employs more than 95,000 people across 130 countries.
