Longeveron Inc. (NASDAQ: LGVN) announced that its research submission on laromestrocel treatment for Alzheimer's disease has been selected for poster presentation at the Clinical Trials on Alzheimer's Disease Conference in San Diego from December 1-4, 2025.

The poster, titled "Reduced brain neuroinflammation after laromestrocel treatment in mild AD: results from the CLEAR MIND study," will be presented during Poster Session 1 on December 1-2, 2025. The presentation falls under the conference's "New Therapies and Clinical Trials" section.

"We are excited to have been selected to present important laromestrocel data at this leading forum for Alzheimer's research and clinical investigation," said Joshua Hare, Co-founder, Chief Science Officer and Executive Chairman of Longeveron. "We believe the findings offer potential mechanistic and clinical insights in the development of cellular-based therapy for Alzheimer's disease."

Laromestrocel is an allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell therapy product isolated from bone marrow of young, healthy adult donors. The company describes it as having multiple potential mechanisms of action including anti-inflammatory, pro-vascular regenerative responses.

Longeveron is currently pursuing three pipeline indications: hypoplastic left heart syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, and pediatric dilated cardiomyopathy. The company's Alzheimer's disease program has received FDA Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy designation and Fast Track designation.

The Miami-based clinical stage biotechnology company develops cellular therapy for rare pediatric and chronic aging-related conditions.
