LiveOne Inc. (NASDAQ: LVO) announced a partnership between its subsidiary Slacker and AI platform Intuizi to accelerate subscriber acquisitions for Slacker's Plus and Premium tiers. The collaboration uses Intuizi's Large Quantitative Model to identify and engage potential subscribers in the automotive segment.
The company reported that Tesla ad-supported subscribers grew to over 1 million in the past year. Average revenue per user increased 60% to more than $5, while subscription engagement rose 31% and Plus/Premium conversions increased 22% since the program's launch.
"We're seeing strong traction in the automotive vertical, which validates AI's powerful ability to elevate marketing performance," said Robert Ellin, Chairman and CEO of LiveOne. The company plans to expand the AI-driven marketing program to retail, carriers, social media platforms, streaming services, and hospitality sectors.
Intuizi's technology analyzes trillions of de-identified consumer signals to optimize subscriber targeting and engagement timing. The partnership focuses on LiveOne's wholly-owned subsidiary Slacker, which provides music streaming services.
LiveOne operates as a music, entertainment, and technology platform with subsidiaries including Slacker, PodcastOne (NASDAQ: PODC), and other digital media properties. The company's applications are available across multiple platforms including iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, and Samsung devices.
