LiveOne and PodcastOne name Craig Christensen as interim CFO

LiveOne (NASDAQ: LVO) and PodcastOne (NASDAQ: PODC) announced the appointment of Craig Christensen as interim chief financial officer for both companies, according to a press release statement.
Christensen brings 25 years of finance experience to the role. He has previously held senior positions at global organizations where he supported 20 mergers and acquisitions transactions and a $122 million public equity offering.
"Craig is a proven operator with deep capital markets and M&A experience," said Robert Ellin, chairman and CEO of LiveOne and executive chairman of PodcastOne. "As we scale each company's acquisition pipeline and expand their B2B and AI initiatives, his leadership will be critical to executing our next phase of growth."
LiveOne operates as a music, entertainment and technology platform based in Los Angeles. The company's subsidiaries include Slacker, PodcastOne, PPVOne, Custom Personalization Solutions, LiveXLive and DayOne Music Publishing.
PodcastOne functions as a podcast platform and sales network. The company reports surpassing 3.9 billion total downloads with a community of 200 podcasters. Its distribution network reaches over 1 billion monthly impressions across channels including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and iHeartRadio.
