Liberty Media Corporation (NASDAQ: FWONA, FWONK) announced that Renee Wilm will transition from her role as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer to Senior Advisor later this year, according to a company statement.
Wilm has served as Liberty's Chief Legal Officer since 2019 and previously worked as outside counsel for the company for over two decades. She also served as President and CEO of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix from its inception through its integration with the global F1 team in January 2025.

Derek Chang, President and CEO of Liberty Media, said Wilm has been a valued partner to Liberty for decades. "We are deeply grateful for her leadership and dedication, and we look forward to continuing to benefit from her counsel in this next chapter," Chang stated.
