KNOREX names Michael Sun as chief financial officer

KNOREX Ltd. (NYSE American: KNRX) appointed Ning (Michael) Sun as chief financial officer, effective January 22, 2026, according to a company statement.
Sun previously served as head of capital markets at KNOREX, where he led capital markets planning and investor engagement initiatives. Before joining KNOREX, he held senior positions at publicly traded companies including vice president of capital markets at Jiayin Group (NASDAQ: JFIN) and director of investor relations at Fang Holdings (NYSE: SFUN).
"Michael brings deep capital markets and public-company experience that KNOREX needs at this stage of our development," said Dr. Justin Choo, CEO and chairman of KNOREX.
Sun holds a master's degree in financial management from Central Queensland University and a bachelor of finance from La Trobe University. He previously worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in Beijing.
KNOREX operates an AI-powered advertising technology platform that enables cross-channel programmatic advertising campaigns across digital media channels. The company, founded in 2009, serves enterprises, agencies and brands globally with operations in the United States, Vietnam, India, Malaysia and Singapore.
