March 27, 2026 9:29 AM EDT

Juniper Square and Kudu Investment Management announced a strategic partnership to provide operational infrastructure services to Kudu's portfolio companies, according to a press release.

Under the agreement, Kudu's partner firms will gain access to Juniper Square's platform for investor onboarding, fundraising and fund administration. The San Francisco-based technology company serves more than 2,000 private markets general partners and manages over $1 trillion in limited partner capital across 40,000 funds.

New York-based Kudu has made minority investments in 32 boutique asset and wealth management firms globally. These partner firms collectively manage approximately $150 billion as of December 31, 2025, investing in traditional and alternative strategies for individual and institutional clients.

"In the private markets world, the firms that stand out are those that pair strong investment performance with a modern, connected operating platform," said Brandon Sedloff, Juniper Square's chief relationship officer.

Several Kudu partner firms already use Juniper Square's services as both general partners and limited partners. "We have seen firsthand the strength of its platform and team," said Ben Ruffel, partner and head of partner services at Kudu.

Kudu, founded in 2015, is backed by White Mountains Insurance Group (NYSE: WTM) and MassMutual. The firm provides capital solutions including generational ownership transfers, management buyouts and acquisition financing to independent asset and wealth managers.

Juniper Square's platform serves as a system of record for private markets firms, centralizing data and connecting general partners and limited partners throughout fund lifecycles.
