JAGGAER appoints Brandon Nussey as chief financial officer

JAGGAER, a procurement software company, appointed Brandon Nussey as chief financial officer. Nussey will lead the company's finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development teams.
The appointment was announced by the Research Triangle Park, North Carolina-based company, which provides source-to-pay and supplier collaboration software solutions.
Nussey brings over 20 years of experience in finance and operations roles, having previously served as chief financial officer at Coveo Solutions (TSX: CVO), where he managed general and administrative functions and led investor relations. His background includes positions at Lightspeed, D2L Inc., and Descartes Systems Group (TSX: DSG and NASDAQ: DSXG).
During his career, Nussey has worked on strategic acquisitions, business partnerships, corporate operations, financing events including an initial public offering, and financial services strategy across multiple technology companies.
