Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) announced the election of Christie Kelly to its board of directors, effective October 21, 2025, according to a company press release.
Kelly served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Realty Income Corporation from 2021 to 2023. She previously held CFO positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Duke Realty Corporation, and has worked in senior roles at Lehman Brothers and General Electric.
Kelly currently serves on the boards of Park Hotels & Resorts, Kite Realty Group Trust, and Legence Corporation, and serves on the private board of Gilbane. She holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Bucknell University.
"Her extensive background as a senior executive at large, publicly traded companies brings a significant perspective to our Board," said Pamela Arway, Iron Mountain board chairperson.
William L. Meaney, president and CEO of Iron Mountain, said Kelly's experience as a Fortune 500 CFO in the REIT sector and expertise in finance and strategy would support the company's growth strategy.
