Interparfums signs 20-year fragrance deal with David Beckham

Interparfums, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPAR) entered into an exclusive 20-year worldwide license agreement with David Beckham for the creation, development, production and distribution of fragrances under the David Beckham brand.

The New York-based fragrance company will assume full global responsibility for David Beckham's fragrances effective April 1, 2028. Interparfums estimates that total annual sales will exceed $50 million in the first years under its management.

The agreement strengthens Interparfums' relationship with Authentic Brands Group, which co-owns and manages the David Beckham brand. Interparfums plans to strengthen the global presence of Beckham's existing fragrance lines and unveil a new signature fragrance by the end of 2029.

David Beckham said he was delighted to announce the partnership with Interparfums to evolve his fragrances for the long-term. "Together with their world-leading team, we will create products that are distinctive and timeless," Beckham stated.

Interparfums operates in the global fragrance business and produces prestige fragrance products under license agreements with brand owners. The company's portfolio includes brands such as Coach, Guess, Jimmy Choo, Montblanc and Van Cleef & Arpels, distributed in over 120 countries.
