International Tower Hill Mines appoints Andrew Cole to board
International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (TSX: ITH) (NYSE American: THM) announced the appointment of Andrew Cole to its board of directors effective April 1, 2026.
Cole brings 35 years of experience in the metals and mining industry, including expertise in processing refractory ore. He previously served as General Manager of the Donlin Gold Project in Alaska, where he secured major permits including the Final Record of Decision. Cole also served as General Manager at Barrick Gold's Goldstrike Mine and later as Executive Director of Barrick Gold's United States Operations.
Cole holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Material Sciences and Engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Nevada. He is a member of the Society of Mining Engineers and was honored as SME's Miner of the Year in 2019. Since 2024, Cole has served on the Perpetua Resources Board of Directors.

International Tower Hill Mines holds a 100% interest in its Livengood Gold Project located along the Elliott Highway, 70 miles north of Fairbanks, Alaska.
