Innovative Eyewear partners with SmartBuyGlasses for Reebok smart eyewear

Innovative Eyewear, Inc. (NASDAQ: LUCY) announced a retail partnership with SmartBuyGlasses to distribute its Reebok smart eyewear globally. The partnership will make the company's smart glasses available with prescription options and global shipping through SmartBuyGlasses' network of localized websites.

SmartBuyGlasses operates as one of the largest independent sellers of prescription, standard, and designer eyewear globally. The partnership allows customers to purchase Innovative Eyewear's smart frames with custom lenses and receive fast delivery across SmartBuyGlasses' international markets.

"Going live with Reebok Smart Eyewear on SmartBuyGlasses meaningfully expands our global reach, while keeping the customer experience familiar: great-looking eyewear that happens to be smart," said Harrison Gross, CEO of Innovative Eyewear.

Taisia Ivagina, Merchandising Team Leader at SmartBuyGlasses, noted that having the Reebok brand enter the smart eyewear category adds confidence for customers. "The designs are familiar, the fit is solid, and the tech is practical," Ivagina said.

Innovative Eyewear develops and manufactures smart eyewear under the Lucyd, Lucyd Armor, Reebok, Eddie Bauer and Nautica brands. The company's Bluetooth audio glasses allow users to connect to their digital devices while maintaining safety and ergonomic benefits.

SmartBuyGlasses has operated in the eyewear industry for more than 15 years and maintains a presence in more than 30 countries across Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
