Hypercharge Networks names Chris Koch as chief operating officer
Hypercharge Networks Corp. (TSXV: HC; OTC: HCNWF; FSE: PB7) appointed Chris Koch as chief operating officer, the electric vehicle charging solutions company announced December 19.
Koch previously served as head of growth and partnerships at Hypercharge, where he helped build the company's sales operations and customer onboarding capabilities. In his new role, he will oversee sales, fulfillment and professional services while focusing on growth in Eastern Canada and the United States.
The Vancouver-based company said Koch brings more than 20 years of senior sales and commercial leadership experience to the position.
"Chris has been instrumental in shaping Hypercharge from the very beginning, building the sales organization and developed many of the strategic partnerships that have contributed to our growth," said David Bibby, president and CEO of Hypercharge.
Hypercharge also announced it entered into a consulting agreement with Grignan Holdings Ltd. doing business as Peterson Capital to provide investor relations services, effective January 12, 2026. The Edmonton-based firm will assist with investor outreach and marketing initiatives.
The 12-month agreement includes consultant fees of CAD$100,000, to be paid in two installments, and is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. Hypercharge will pay the fees from working capital.
In connection with Peterson Capital's appointment, Hypercharge approved a grant of 500,000 stock options exercisable at $0.10 for 36 months, vesting at 25% every three months.
The company also provided clarification on its November 5 brokered private placement, stating it paid FMI Securities Inc. and other finders an aggregate cash commission of $203,100 and issued 2,031,000 broker warrants.
