Humanoid Global signs talent recruitment partnership with Torus Talent
Humanoid Global Holdings Corp. (CSE: ROBO, FWB: 0XM1, OTCQB: RBOHF) entered into a memorandum of understanding with Torus Talent Consultants LTD to establish a strategic partnership for talent recruitment, according to a company statement.
The Vancouver-based investment firm, which focuses on humanoid robotics and embodied AI companies, will work with Torus Talent to provide recruitment services to its portfolio companies. Torus Talent, founded in 2020, specializes in sourcing engineers and technical professionals for robotics and advanced technology companies across North America, with additional networks in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Latin America.
"We are delighted to partner with Torus Talent, whose deep expertise in recruitment will be instrumental in scaling our portfolio companies as they navigate the talent demands of the rapidly evolving humanoid robotics ecosystem," said Shahab Samimi, CEO of Humanoid Global.
Under the arrangement, Torus Talent will identify and present qualified candidates for technical, operational, and leadership roles at Humanoid Global's portfolio companies. The firm will assist throughout the recruitment process from outreach to placement.
"Torus Talent is excited to establish a selective partnership with the forward-thinking group at Humanoid Global," said Freddy Rawji, President of Torus Talent.
The partnership requires board approval and execution of a definitive agreement. The memorandum of understanding remains in effect for 90 days or until a definitive agreement is signed, whichever comes first. If no definitive agreement is executed within this period, the memorandum will terminate automatically.
