Harbour BioMed partners with Bristol Myers Squibb on antibody development
Harbour BioMed (HKEX: 02142) announced a multi-year global collaboration and license agreement with Bristol Myers Squibb to discover and develop multi-specific antibodies, according to a company statement.
Under the agreement, Harbour BioMed could receive payments totaling $90 million, plus development and commercial milestones of up to $1.035 billion, along with tiered royalties if Bristol Myers Squibb advances all potential programs.
The collaboration will utilize Harbour BioMed's Harbour Mice technology platform for antibody discovery programs. The partnership may also leverage Harbour BioMed's development capabilities to conduct early clinical trials in China.

Harbour BioMed is a biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing antibody therapeutics in immunology and oncology. The company's Harbour Mice platform generates fully human monoclonal antibodies in both traditional and heavy chain only formats.
