HPQ Silicon Inc. (TSX-V: HPQ, OTCQB: HPQFF, FRA: O08) completed a non-brokered private placement of 1,883,815 common shares at $0.1625 per share for gross proceeds of $306,120, according to a company statement.
The financing was completed with a European-based investment firm. "Closing a shares-only financing without paying any finder's fees demonstrates the strength of HPQ's value proposition," said Bernard Tourillon, President and CEO of HPQ Silicon Inc. "Although modest in size, this financing provides HPQ with additional flexibility and supports our ability to pursue the larger opportunities we are actively advancing."
