Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. (TSX: GMX) announced that its subsidiary Globex Nevada Inc. entered an option agreement with Australia-based Evion Group NL (ASX: EVG) for the Carp fluorspar property in Nevada.

Under the agreement, Evion can earn 100% interest in the property by paying $1.645 million in cash, $2 million in Evion shares, and completing $3.75 million in work expenditures over four years. Upon completion, Globex will retain a 3% gross metal royalty on the property with no buydown provision.

The payment schedule begins with $150,000 cash and $250,000 in Evion shares, plus $500,000 in work expenditures by the first anniversary. Subsequent annual payments increase progressively, with the final payment of $750,000 cash and $800,000 in shares due by April 2030, along with $1.75 million in work expenditures.

The Carp property consists of 14 unpatented lode claims covering 117.06 hectares in Lincoln County, Nevada, approximately 140 kilometers northeast of Las Vegas. Fluorite was discovered on the property in 1957, with production from four open pits between 1958 and 1971 totaling an estimated 44,900 tons grading 69% calcium fluoride.

Previous exploration included 62 vertical drill holes totaling 2,182 meters, with eight holes intersecting near-surface fluorite mineralization grading between 10% and 54.8% calcium fluoride. Globex's 2024 mapping program collected 25 samples, with 14 returning fluorite grades ranging from 49.83% to 88.15% calcium fluoride.

Evion paid an initial $35,000 non-refundable payment in April 2026 and has received ASX approval for the transaction.
