Globe Life Inc. (NYSE: GL) increased its quarterly dividend to $0.33 per share and appointed two new board members, according to a company statement.
The dividend applies to common stock held as of April 3, 2026, with payment scheduled for May 1, 2026. The McKinney, Texas-based insurance company did not disclose the previous dividend amount.
The company appointed Derek T. Kan and Sandra L. Phillips to its board of directors on February 25, 2026.
Kan serves as Vice President of Business Operations at Shopify Inc. and previously held the role of Chief Business Officer at Deliverr Inc., an e-commerce fulfillment company. He also served as Vice Chairman of the United States Postal Service Board of Governors and held senior positions at the White House Office of Management and Budget and the U.S. Department of Transportation. Kan currently serves on the board of Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL).
Phillips holds the position of Senior Vice President Enterprise Integrity, Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary and Chief Sustainability Officer at Toyota Motor North America Inc. She has over 30 years of legal experience, including more than a decade as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Toyota Motor North America. Phillips serves on the board of MSA Safety Inc. (NYSE: MSA).
