Galaxy Payroll Group renews five-year agreement with Nike Macau unit

Galaxy Payroll Group Limited (NASDAQ: GLXG) renewed a five-year strategic cooperation agreement with NIKE China Holding HK Limited (Macau Branch), the company announced.

The renewed agreement runs from December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2030. Galaxy will provide comprehensive human resources outsourcing services including payroll processing, attendance and leave management, social security and tax compliance filings, and advisory services on labor regulations and employment policies.

The Hong Kong-based human resources solutions provider has served the Nike Macau operation since establishing the original partnership. Galaxy specializes in Hong Kong and Macau markets, offering services to multinational enterprises operating in the region.

Galaxy operates a proprietary payroll and attendance management platform designed to support data security and business continuity for clients. The company was established in 2013 and focuses on compliance with local labor laws, taxation, and social security regulations in Hong Kong and Macau.

The agreement includes provisions for potential service expansion through supplemental agreements during the cooperation period. Galaxy management stated the renewal reflects the company's strategy to deepen relationships with existing clients while expanding partnerships with multinational and regional enterprises.

The multi-year contract structure provides revenue visibility and cash flow stability for Galaxy over the five-year term, according to the company's statement. The agreement allows Nike Macau Branch to focus on retail and brand operations while outsourcing human resources functions to Galaxy.
