Freightos board member Zvi Schreiber to step down February 28

Freightos Limited (NASDAQ: CRGO) announced that Dr. Zvi Schreiber will step down from its Board of Directors effective February 28, 2026.

The digital freight booking platform company said the board remains fully constituted according to governance requirements. The search for a permanent chief executive officer continues as planned, according to the company's statement.

Freightos operates a vendor-neutral platform connecting airlines, ocean carriers, freight forwarders, importers and exporters for international freight booking and payment services. The company provides pricing indexes including the Freightos Air Index for air cargo and Freightos Baltic Index for container shipping, with FBX futures traded on CME and SGX exchanges.
