Eric Zinterhofer to leave Liberty Latin America board after eight years

Liberty Latin America Ltd. (NASDAQ: LILA and LILAK, OTC Link: LILAB) announced that Eric Zinterhofer will step down from its board of directors effective December 31, 2025, after eight years of service.

Following Zinterhofer's departure, the board will consist of nine members. The company did not announce a replacement for his position.

"On behalf of the Board, I want to thank Eric for his many years of dedicated service and outstanding contributions," said Mike Fries, executive chairman of Liberty Latin America, according to the company's statement.

Balan Nair, president and CEO of Liberty Latin America, said Zinterhofer "has made a significant difference to our business and he will be missed."

Zinterhofer commented on his departure, stating: "It has been a privilege to serve on the Liberty Latin America Board and to work alongside such a strong, capable management team."

Liberty Latin America operates communications services in over 20 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean under consumer brands including BTC, Flow, Liberty, and Más Móvil. The company provides digital video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services to residential and business customers.

The company trades three classes of common shares on NASDAQ Global Select Market under symbols LILA for Class A shares and LILAK for Class C shares, with Class B shares trading on OTC Link under symbol LILAB.
