Eightco Holdings reports $472M in total treasury assets

Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) disclosed total holdings of approximately $472 million as of June 17, 2026, according to a company statement.

The treasury composition includes a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI through special purpose vehicles, representing approximately 19% of treasury assets. The company also holds an $18 million equity stake in Beast Industries, a $1 million investment in Mythical Games, and approximately $149 million in cash and stablecoins.

Digital asset holdings include 283,452,700 Worldcoin (WLD) tokens valued at $0.66 per token on Coinbase, and 16,278 Ethereum (ETH). The WLD position represents approximately 8.3% of the token's circulating supply and 39% of Eightco's total treasury assets.

The company noted that OpenAI recently submitted a confidential S-1, a step toward a potential initial public offering. Board member Thomas Lee commented on the development: "AI companies going public is a positive development for the entire sector. As investors gain more exposure to AI leaders, interest often expands across the ecosystem, creating greater visibility and opportunity for companies like ORBS."

Beast Industries, which anchors Eightco's creator economy exposure, recently reached 500 million YouTube subscribers, according to the company's statement citing TheWrap.

Eightco said its WLD holdings represent the largest publicly disclosed institutional position in the token globally, though this claim was not independently verified. The World network, whose native token is WLD, was co-founded by Sam Altman and Alex Blania through Tools for Humanity.
