Dynatrace and ServiceNow announce multiyear partnership for IT automation

Dynatrace (NYSE: DT) and ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) announced a multiyear strategic collaboration aimed at advancing autonomous IT operations and scaling intelligent automation for enterprise customers.
The partnership combines Dynatrace's AI-powered observability platform with ServiceNow's AI agents and AIOps capabilities for IT service and operations management. Dynatrace provides root cause analysis, prediction, and automated remediation across cloud environments, while ServiceNow offers workflow automation and IT service management tools.
As part of the collaboration, Dynatrace will deploy ServiceNow for Enterprise Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and Asset Management. ServiceNow will use Dynatrace's observability platform to support its digital operations. The companies plan to use insights from these deployments to enhance integrations and customer experience.
"Autonomous IT is the future, and our collaboration with Dynatrace is about accelerating Zero Outage outcomes for enterprises today," said Rahul Tripathi, group vice president and general manager of ITSM and ITOM at ServiceNow.
Steve Tack, chief product officer at Dynatrace, said the partnership aims to "turn real-time observability into trustworthy, autonomous action across the software delivery lifecycle."
The collaboration targets enterprises investing in AI-driven operational efficiency by combining real-time monitoring with automated response capabilities for IT infrastructure management.
