Devonian Health Group Inc. (TSXV: GSD) (OTCQB: DVHGF) appointed Dennis Turpin as chief financial officer, effective Feb. 2, 2026, according to a company statement.

Turpin, a chartered professional accountant with over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, will remain on the company's board of directors. He previously served as chair of the audit committee, a position that will be assumed by Pierre Labbé.

The appointment follows the departure of Viktoria Krasteva, who will assist with the transition until Feb. 27, 2026. Turpin received 25,000 stock options exercisable at $11.50 per share for 10 years, with immediate vesting.

The Quebec-based clinical stage pharmaceutical company also corrected details from a December 2025 stock option grant announcement. The exercise price for previously granted options was adjusted from $0.18 to $0.19 per share to comply with exchange requirements that options cannot be priced below market value.

Following a 1-for-60 share consolidation completed Jan. 22, 2026, the corrected exercise price was adjusted to $11.40 per share on a post-consolidation basis. The consolidation affected 2,948,056 options granted to directors and consultants, plus additional grants of 385,950 options to employees and 100,000 options to a research and development consultant.

Devonian focuses on developing treatments for fibroinflammatory diseases including atopic dermatitis, radiodermatitis and ulcerative colitis. The company also operates Altius Healthcare LP, which sells prescription pharmaceutical products in Canada under licenses from brand name pharmaceutical companies.
