Crown Holdings elects Michael Doss to board of directors

Crown Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCK) announced that Michael P. Doss has been elected to its board of directors, effective March 3, 2026. The appointment brings the board's total membership to ten directors.

Doss served as president, chief executive officer and director of Graphic Packaging Corporation from 2016 to 2025. Graphic Packaging is a NYSE-listed global manufacturer of packaging for consumer products. Prior to his leadership role, Doss held various commercial, operational and general management positions with Graphic Packaging over 25 years.

Currently, Doss serves as a director of Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX), a global manufacturer of electric motors and power generation and transmission systems, a position he has held since 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Western Michigan University.

"Mike brings to the Board substantial senior executive leadership and management experience in the packaging industry, as well as comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing, commercial activities, international business and public company governance," said Timothy J. Donahue, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Crown Holdings.

Crown Holdings, based in Tampa, Florida, operates as a global supplier of rigid packaging products to consumer marketing companies through its subsidiaries. The company also provides transit and protective packaging products, equipment and services across various end markets.
