Citius Oncology Inc. (NASDAQ: CTOR) announced it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Uniphar to expand access to LYMPHIR (denileukin diftitox-cxdl) in designated Western and Eastern European territories.
Under the agreement, Uniphar will serve as the exclusive distribution partner for LYMPHIR through country-specific managed access programs where permitted by local law. Citius Oncology will supply the finished product and provide ongoing support. LYMPHIR is not approved for commercial use outside the United States and will be provided solely through managed access programs, which do not constitute marketing authorization or commercial launch.
This marks Citius Oncology's third international distribution partnership, following previous agreements in Southern Europe, the Balkans, Turkey, and the Middle East. The company is a subsidiary of Citius Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXR).
"This agreement with Uniphar builds on the momentum of our international expansion efforts and reflects our commitment to partnering with experienced organizations that have deep regional expertise and proven execution capabilities," said Leonard Mazur, Chairman and CEO of Citius Oncology.
LYMPHIR is a targeted immune therapy for relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma indicated for Stage I-III disease after at least one prior systemic therapy. The FDA approved the treatment in December 2025 for adults with relapsed or refractory Stage I-III CTCL who have had at least one prior systemic therapy.
Uniphar, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, is an international healthcare services company operating across 180 countries with over 3,500 employees. The company serves more than 200 multinational pharmaceutical and medical technology manufacturers.
