Captivision engages Hard Rock Consulting to validate Montana mine reserves
Captivision Inc. (NASDAQ: CAPT) announced the engagement of Hard Rock Consulting, LLC to reaffirm gold and precious metals reserves at Montana Tunnels Mining, Inc. and the Montana Tunnels Mine. The Colorado-based consulting firm will conduct the validation ahead of Captivision's planned acquisition of the mining assets.
The company previously executed a letter of intent to acquire Montana Tunnels Mining, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Montana Goldfields, Inc. Upon completion of the acquisition, Captivision plans to reposition as a diversified gold mining and related services business and rename itself Montana Gold Inc. (NASDAQ: MGI).
Hard Rock Consulting specializes in geology and exploration, resource estimation, mine planning and design, and financial modeling. The firm's principals have prior experience with Montana Goldfields, including involvement in the original mineral and mining evaluations of Montana Tunnels Mining, Inc.
The engagement encompasses mineral resource and reserves updates, mine planning and optimization, rare-earth potential assessment, and overall economic evaluation. The consulting work will support the planned acquisition process.
Hard Rock Consulting also has experience with other Montana Goldfields mining assets subject to Captivision's right of first refusal, including the Diamond Hill mine, the Golden Dream deposit, and three Elkhorn deposits. The firm has worked on permitting, geological modeling, and resource development for these properties.
The information is based on a company press release statement.
