Cadent, a predictive advertising company, announced an expanded collaboration with Google Cloud to integrate artificial intelligence capabilities across its business operations and client services, according to a company statement.
The partnership utilizes Google Cloud's AI tools, including Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI platform, to develop what Cadent describes as an AI operating model for both internal operations and client-facing services.
Cadent reported specific performance metrics from the implementation. The company said its rebuilt client platform achieved a 200% increase in campaign resolution time and a 35% increase in campaign return on advertising spend. Platform issue resolution now occurs in under 12 minutes, according to the statement.
For internal operations, Cadent deployed Gemini Enterprise to its 600 employees. The company reported a 75% adoption rate within 90 days, generating 90,000 interactions and saving more than 3,000 employee hours.
The AI system analyzes campaigns, line items, and target criteria across what the company describes as billions of data points. Custom AI agents were developed to support sales teams with proposal generation, campaign planning, and prospecting activities using corporate data from systems including Confluence and Salesforce.
"We are focused on creating true business transformation, not simply adopting new technology," said Eoin Townsend, chief product and technology officer at Cadent. "Our people-first, impact-focused, and data-driven AI platform strategy is delivering real value for our clients and teams."
Sam Sebastian, vice president of North America Regions at Google Cloud, said the partnership demonstrates results from focusing on business problems first while leveraging data foundations for AI deployment.
The collaboration builds on existing work to consolidate Cadent's AI and machine learning infrastructure on Google Cloud's platform.
