Brazil Potash schedules call on $220M Fictor Energia partnership deal

Brazil Potash Corp. (NYSE-American: GRO) announced it will host a conference call on July 21, 2025 at 4:30 PM Eastern Time to discuss its memorandum of understanding with Fictor Energia valued at approximately $220 million.
The MOU outlines plans for Fictor Energia to fund around $200 million in power transmission infrastructure and make a $20 million strategic equity investment in Brazil Potash for its Autazes Project.
During the call, management will discuss the commercial terms with Fictor Group, including the construction and operation of power transmission lines with ownership transfer after 25 years of operation. The company will also address electricity purchase agreements once the power transmission line becomes operational.
Brazil Potash will provide details on the strategic benefits of partnering with Fictor Group and potential opportunities for similar arrangements to reduce construction costs for the Autazes potash project. Management will also update investors on upcoming milestones including offtake agreements.

Brazil Potash is developing the Autazes Project with initial planned annual potash production of up to 2.4 million tons per year. The company anticipates selling 100% of its production domestically to reduce Brazil's reliance on potash imports.
The company noted that definitive documentation related to the MOU transactions may not be agreed upon or signed, and if signed, the transactions may not be completed.
