Blaize signs strategic partnership with Reach Digital at GITEX 2025

Blaize Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BZAI, NASDAQ: BZAIW) signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Reach Digital Sole Proprietorship LLC at GITEX GLOBAL 2025 in Dubai on October 14, 2025.

The partnership combines Blaize's edge AI computing platform with Reach Digital's regional presence and digital infrastructure capabilities. The companies plan to develop AI infrastructure across Middle Eastern sectors including government, smart cities, critical infrastructure, industrial automation, and mobility.

Reach Digital operates as the digital-transformation arm of Reach Group, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC).

Malik Melhem, Group Chief Executive Officer of Reach Group, stated the partnership aims to build foundations for connected cities, enterprises, and economies by integrating AI computing technologies with regional delivery capabilities.

Dr. Mohammad Khaled, Senior Vice President – Strategy and Growth at Reach Group, described the collaboration as enabling AI integration within regional systems from edge to cloud computing.

Blaize, headquartered in El Dorado Hills, California, develops programmable processor architecture and software platforms for AI processing solutions.
