Bitmine reports $9.6 billion in crypto and cash holdings

Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc. (NYSE AMERICAN: BMNR) reported total holdings of $9.6 billion as of February 22, 2026, according to a company statement.
The company's holdings include 4.423 million Ethereum (ETH) tokens, $691 million in cash, a $200 million investment in Beast Industries, and a $17 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS). Bitmine also holds 193 Bitcoin tokens.
The company has staked 3,040,483 ETH tokens, valued at $6.0 billion at $1,958 per ETH. Bitmine owns 3.66% of the total ETH token supply, which consists of 120.7 million tokens.
"In the past week, we acquired 51,162 ETH," said Thomas Lee, Chairman of Bitmine. The company generated annualized staking revenues of $171 million from its current staked holdings.
Bitmine plans to launch its MAVAN staking solution in the first quarter of 2026. The company currently works with three staking providers and achieved a 7-day yield of 2.89% on its staking operations.
The stock traded an average daily dollar volume of $0.7 billion over a 5-day period as of February 20, 2026, ranking 165th among US-listed stocks by trading volume, according to Fundstrat data.
Bitmine described itself as the largest ETH treasury holder globally and the second-largest crypto treasury company behind MicroStrategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR), which holds 717,131 Bitcoin valued at $49 billion.
