Better appoints Loveen Advani as chief financial officer
Better Home & Finance Holding Company (NASDAQ: BETR; BETRW) announced the appointment of Loveen Advani as chief financial officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Advani joins Better from Zeta Global, an AI-powered marketing technology company, where he served as executive vice president of finance. During his tenure at Zeta Global, he led the company's initial public offering and implemented financial and operating plans that scaled revenue approximately four times and adjusted EBITDA approximately 11 times over six years.
Prior to Zeta Global, Advani held senior finance roles at LivePerson, where he managed global financial operations, and at Inovalon, where he established the corporate development function following its IPO. He also worked in corporate development and financial planning roles at Aetna and IBM.

Advani holds a bachelor of engineering degree from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
