Bausch + Lomb sets three-year growth targets at investor day

Bausch + Lomb Corporation (NYSE: BLCO) outlined financial targets and product pipeline plans during an investor day event at the New York Stock Exchange. The eye health company announced goals for 5-7% constant currency revenue compound annual growth rate through 2028 and approximately 23% adjusted EBITDA margin by 2028.
The company projects double-digit adjusted annual earnings per share growth from 2026-2028 and approximately 50% adjusted cash flow from operations to adjusted EBITDA conversion in 2028. Bausch + Lomb also targets net leverage of approximately 3.5x by the end of 2028.
"Bausch + Lomb today is a fundamentally different company than it was just a few years ago," said Brent Saunders, chairman and CEO. "We've reignited a sense of ownership and ambition across the organization to better serve patients, customers and consumers and deliver sustainable, profitable growth."
The company presented its product pipeline with projected peak sales of approximately $7 billion across four business units. Upcoming launches include a new PreserVision formulation for age-related macular degeneration anticipated in the first half of 2026 and a LUMIFY formulation combining brimonidine and hyaluronic acid expected in the first half of 2027.
In pharmaceuticals, Bausch + Lomb is developing a dual-action eye drop combining MIEBO and XIIDRA ingredients for dry eye, with an anticipated launch around 2029. The surgical division plans to launch the enVista Beyond intraocular lens in 2027 and the ELIOS laser system in the second half of 2026.
The contact lens segment is developing a bioactive hyaluronic acid hydrogel lens, which the company describes as creating an entirely new category, with an anticipated 2028 launch.
