BTQ Technologies begins trading on NASDAQ under symbol BTQ

September 26, 2025 7:30 AM EDT

BTQ Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: BTQ) commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "BTQ," the quantum technology company announced in a press release.

The Vancouver-based company's common shares ceased trading on the OTCQX market under the previous symbol BTQQF. BTQ will continue trading on CBOE Canada (CBOE CA: BTQ) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE: NG3).

"Listing on Nasdaq today is a pivotal step for BTQ," said Olivier Roussy Newton, CEO of BTQ. "It broadens access to our company, enhances liquidity, and puts our end to end quantum and post quantum security platform in front of a global investor base."

BTQ describes itself as a quantum technology company focused on securing networks. The company develops quantum computing platforms and post-quantum security solutions for finance, telecommunications, logistics, life sciences, and defense sectors.

The company stated it holds a patent portfolio and is developing what it calls a full-stack, neutral-atom quantum computing platform with hardware, middleware, and security solutions.

Newton indicated the company plans to advance its neutral atom computing program, scale its QSSN initiative, and commercialize security hardware products.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
