BOSS Zhipin repurchases shares worth nearly RMB1.6 billion in 2026
KANZHUN LIMITED (NASDAQ: BZ; HK: 2076), operating as BOSS Zhipin, repurchased 879,212 ordinary shares for over RMB40.6 million on May 29, 2026, according to a company statement. The Beijing-based company has conducted share repurchases totaling nearly RMB1.6 billion year-to-date in 2026.
The board approved amendments to the share repurchase program on March 18, 2026, increasing total authorization to repurchase up to $400 million of company shares through August 28, 2027. The program covers both ordinary shares and American Depositary Shares.
The company announced on March 18, 2026, that it will allocate at least 50% of adjusted net income from the preceding fiscal year for dividends and share repurchases for each of the three years starting from 2026. The board may adjust the share repurchase and dividend plan based on financial performance, capital requirements, market conditions and other factors.
