BOSS Zhipin repurchases over RMB183 million in shares during May 2026
KANZHUN LIMITED (NASDAQ: BZ; HKEX: 2076), operating as BOSS Zhipin, repurchased 338,108 ordinary shares for approximately RMB17.0 million on May 13, 2026, according to a company statement.
The Beijing-based company has conducted share repurchases on the first nine consecutive trading days of May 2026, totaling over RMB183 million. Year-to-date repurchases have exceeded RMB1.33 billion.
BOSS Zhipin's board approved amendments to its share repurchase program on March 18, 2026, increasing the total authorization to US$400 million through August 28, 2027. The program covers both ordinary shares and American depositary shares.
The company announced in March 2026 that it will allocate at least 50% of its adjusted net income from each preceding fiscal year toward dividends and share repurchases for the next three years starting from 2026. The board retains discretion to modify the plan based on financial performance, capital requirements, and market conditions.
