AstroNova promotes Jorik Ittmann to president and CEO

AstroNova Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT) announced that its board of directors has promoted Jorik E. Ittmann to president and chief executive officer, effective August 15, 2025. The company also appointed Ittmann to the board of directors.



Darius G. Nevin will transition from interim president and CEO to executive chairman. Padraig Finn has been promoted to senior vice president of product identification.



Ittmann joined AstroNova in September 2024 as vice president of commercial operations for the product identification segment and was promoted to senior vice president of product identification in June 2025. Before joining AstroNova, he spent eight years building LaserBand LLC until its sale to Zebra Technologies (NASDAQ: ZBRA), where he subsequently served as vice president of sales at Zebra Technologies International LLC.



Finn joined AstroNova in September 2024 as product identification EMEA commercial director. He previously held senior roles at Linx Printing Technologies, a former Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) business now owned by Veralto (NYSE: VLTO). Most recently, he served as UK and Europe sales director at AutoCoding Systems, part of JBT Marel Corporation (NYSE and NASDAQ Iceland: JBTM).



The executive leadership team will include Tom Carll as senior vice president of aerospace, Thomas DeByle as chief financial officer, and Michael Natalizia as chief technology officer.



AstroNova designs and manufactures printing technologies for data visualization across two segments: product identification solutions for commercial printing and brand owners, and aerospace products including flight deck printing solutions and data acquisition systems.
