Anfield Energy names Lubica Niemann as CFO effective January 1
Anfield Energy Inc. (TSX.V: AEC; NASDAQ: AEC; FRANKFURT: 0AD) appointed Lubica Niemann as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2026, according to a company statement. Current CFO Laara Shaffer will remain as a director.
Niemann brings 15 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within the public company sector. She previously served as controller for TSXV-listed companies including Kutcho Copper Corporation and MineHub Technologies Inc. Niemann holds a Bachelor of Technology in Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
"Luba has previously provided financial reporting support to Anfield, and so we expect a seamless transition into her new role," said CEO Corey Dias. He noted her experience with publicly-traded companies would be valuable given Anfield's recent NASDAQ listing and expanding US operations.
The Vancouver-based uranium and vanadium development company also announced plans to grant 769,401 restricted share units and 560,572 incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants, effective December 31, 2025. The restricted share units will vest after 12 months, while the stock options are exercisable at $6.90 per share until December 31, 2030, and vest immediately upon grant.
Anfield trades on the NASDAQ, TSX Venture Exchange and Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
