Anfield Energy appoints former congressman Jeff Duncan to board

Anfield Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: AEC) announced that Jeff Duncan, former U.S. House Representative from South Carolina, will join the company's board of directors. Duncan served South Carolina's 3rd District from 2010 until his retirement in 2024.
During his congressional tenure, Duncan served on several key committees including Energy and Commerce, Natural Resources, Homeland Security, and Foreign Affairs. He chaired subcommittees on Energy, Climate and Grid Security; Oversight and Management Efficiency; and Western Hemisphere affairs.
Duncan played a role in the passage of the Advance Act, legislation designed to promote nuclear energy development in the United States. Before his congressional service, he served in the South Carolina General Assembly from 2002 to 2010, including a stint as chairman of the House Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environmental Affairs Committee from 2007 to 2009.
