Anaergia names Sasha Rollings-Scattergood as chief technology officer

Anaergia Inc. (TSX: ANRG) (OTCQX: ANRGF) appointed Sasha Rollings-Scattergood as Chief Technology Officer, effective January 1, 2026, according to a company statement.



Rollings-Scattergood joined Anaergia in 2012 and most recently served as Vice President Technology and Research and Development. In his new role, he will lead the company's product companies and centralized research and development organization, including oversight of the global intellectual property portfolio.



The appointment includes responsibility for advancing technologies into commercially reliable platforms and leading Anaergia's global technology profit and loss function. Rollings-Scattergood will also participate in shaping corporate direction and strategy while continuing to guide research and development, product management, and commercialization of proprietary systems.



"Sasha continues to play a vital role in building Anaergia's technology leadership," said Assaf Onn, Chief Executive Officer. "He successfully transforms innovation into systems that perform at commercial scale."



Rollings-Scattergood holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario. His work has supported development of several company systems, including OREX and other anaerobic digestion and nutrient recovery technologies.



The executive previously received recognition from Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30: Energy list. He has held senior technical and leadership roles with Anaergia across North America, Europe, and Asia.



Anaergia operates in the renewable natural gas sector, converting organic waste into renewable fuel, clean water, and fertilizer through proprietary technologies.
