Ampco-Pittsburgh warns Series A warrants expire August 1, 2025

Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (NYSE: AP) announced that its publicly traded Series A warrants (NYSE American: AP WS) will expire at 5:00 p.m. New York time on August 1, 2025, and will not be exercisable after that date.
The NYSE has notified the company that trading in the warrants on the NYSE American will be suspended prior to the opening of trading on July 31, 2025. This suspension ensures all trades in the warrants settle in time to allow purchasers to exercise the warrants on or before the expiration date.
The company stated that additional information regarding the warrants is available on its website under the Investors section. Ampco-Pittsburgh manufactures specialty metal products and customized equipment for global industrial customers through its operating subsidiary, Union Electric Steel Corporation.
The corporation operates manufacturing facilities in the United States, England, Sweden, and Slovenia, and participates in three operating joint ventures located in China. It maintains sales offices in North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, with corporate headquarters in Carnegie, Pennsylvania.
