August 13, 2025 8:31 AM EDT

American Rebel Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AREB) announced a distribution partnership with C&L Distributing to launch American Rebel Light Beer in Minnesota, marking the company's expansion into its 13th state.

The partnership with C&L Distributing, a family-owned beer distributor headquartered in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, will provide access to more than 2,600 retailers across 35 counties through seven facilities. C&L Distributing has operated since 1983 and distributes Anheuser-Busch InBev products along with craft beers, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.

"C&L Distributing is exactly the kind of partner we want riding with us—family-owned, battle-tested, and relentless in serving every retailer and watering hole across Minnesota," said Andy Ross, CEO of American Rebel Holdings.

American Rebel Light Beer launched in September 2024 and is now distributed in 13 states including Tennessee, Connecticut, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Iowa, Missouri, North Carolina, Florida, Indiana, Virginia, Mississippi and Minnesota. The company states that two additional states are planned for launch in the near future.

The Minnesota launch coincides with the NHRA Nationals at Brainerd International Raceway, where American Rebel plans promotional activities including on-site sampling and merchandise sales.

Todd Porter, President of American Rebel Beverage, said the company selected Minnesota as it ranks third in beer consumption per capita in the U.S., averaging 28.5 gallons per person annually according to World Population Review data cited in the announcement.

American Rebel Light Beer contains approximately 100 calories, 3.2 carbohydrates, and 4.3% alcohol content per 12-ounce serving. The company describes it as brewed without corn, rice, or added sweeteners.

American Rebel Holdings began as a designer of safes and security products before expanding into what it calls patriotic lifestyle products including beer, apparel and accessories.
