Altigen Technologies and IPM announce go-to-market collaboration
Altigen Technologies (OTCQB: ATGN) and Intelligent Protection Management Corp. (NASDAQ: IPM) announced a collaborative arrangement to refer their respective technology solutions to each other's customers, according to a company statement.
Under the arrangement, IPM will offer Altigen's MaxCloud UC, Microsoft Teams Phone solutions, CoreEngage omnichannel contact center, and CoreInsights analytics platform to its customers. Altigen will refer IPM's managed IT, security, and hosting solutions to its customer base.
Jerry Fleming, CEO of Altigen Technologies, stated the relationship "accelerates our strategy of expanding through targeted, synergistic arrangements that extend Altigen's Microsoft ecosystem leadership."
Jason Katz, Chairman and CEO of IPM, said the companies selected Altigen because their "Microsoft-native solutions deliver immediate value to our customers seeking to modernize their communications and analytics environments."
Altigen Technologies provides Microsoft Cloud Solutions including Teams voice, omnichannel contact center, and AI-powered analytics platforms. The company is headquartered in Newark, California.
IPM is a managed technology solutions provider focused on cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure. The company provides dedicated server hosting, cloud hosting, data storage, managed security, and backup and disaster recovery services to enterprise and commercial clients across the United States.
