Aibotics partners with KEENON Robotics for Middle East, Caribbean expansion

September 29, 2025 9:25 AM EDT

Aibotics Inc. (OTC: AIBT) announced a partnership with Hong Kong-based KEENON Robotics to distribute service robots across the Middle East and Caribbean markets. The agreement covers distribution of KEENON's robot lineup including the DinerBot series, ButlerBot W3, and KleenBot models for restaurant, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and transportation sectors.

The partnership will establish operations in Israel and Jamaica as initial market entry points. Aibotics plans to announce a partnership with a Canadian Securities Exchange-listed company for Israel operations and intends to acquire a Jamaica-based technology company with existing tourism industry and government contracts.

Israel's food service sector generated $8.1 billion in 2023, while its hotel industry produced $3.9 billion in the first nine months of 2022. Jamaica welcomed 2.3 million visitors in 2025, generating $2.4 billion in tourism revenue, with the sector contributing 9.2% of GDP.

KEENON Robotics has received technical specifications for production of Aibotics' AI-powered massage robot, called Phill Robot, and is preparing a comprehensive manufacturing quote for 2025.

"This partnership with KEENON Robotics marks a pivotal step in Aibotics' international expansion strategy," said Ben Kaplan, CEO of Aibotics. The company also disclosed discussions with security robotics companies in a sector projected to exceed $71 billion globally by 2032.

Aibotics corrected a previous press release, stating that an agreement announced in August was actually signed with Fort Lauderdale-based GMF Ventures LLC, not a Singapore-based company as initially reported.

The information is based on a company press release.
