Agereh appoints board and executive team for commercial growth

Agereh Technologies Inc. (TSXV: AUTO | OTCQB: CRBAF) announced its board of directors and executive leadership team as the company transitions from product development to commercial deployment of its artificial intelligence transportation solutions.

The Edmonton-based company's board includes CEO Ken Brizel, who has held executive positions at RCA/GE/Harris, Lucent Technologies, and other technology companies. Jim Plumptre brings over 30 years of technology leadership experience and served as a senior Canadian government diplomat. Mike Plotnikoff founded and led Lite Access Technologies and has experience with public company financings. Tim Maddigan has capital raising experience for small-cap companies, while Rosy Amlani previously served as CEO of ColdCase and CFO of ACAMP, overseeing $200 million in Alberta economic development investments.

The executive team consists of Brizel as CEO and Joanna L. Hampton as Chief Financial Officer. Hampton has more than 25 years of accounting experience and handles financial operations and regulatory reporting.

"As we transition from product innovation to enterprise-scale deployment, we have intentionally assembled a board and management team with the experience to guide growth, ensure disciplined governance, and support long-term shareholder value creation," said Brizel.

Agereh develops AI-enabled platforms and sensor solutions for transportation industry applications. The company recently completed what it describes as an enterprise validation milestone and first commercial deployment of its unified intelligent sensing platform.
